Abstract

Purnayasa Silver SME in Gianyar, Bali, established in 1992, is a silver jewelry producer that has recently faced a decline in revenue due to limited digital marketing efforts and manual financial recording. This community service program provided solutions through the development of a business profile website, digital marketing training via Shopee, and financial recording training using Bank Indonesia’s SIAPIK application. The implementation stages included observation, solution design, training, mentoring, and evaluation. As a result, the official website www.purnayasasilver.com was successfully launched, a Shopee store was activated with 9 products uploaded, and digital financial recording was implemented through SIAPIK. The program showed positive impacts on digital visibility and financial management efficiency, evidenced by five recorded transactions through the website and e-commerce platform. Moreover, three participants joined the training sessions, and the partner’s satisfaction score reached 4.73 out of 5 on a Likert scale. These outcomes highlight that Purnayasa Silver SME has improved its readiness to adapt to digital transformation and to compete in a more dynamic market
