Kontekstualisasi Nilai-Nilai Mencintai Nabi dalam Tradisi Pembacaan Al-Barzanjī (Studi Kasus di Desa Kasihan Tegalombo Pacitan)

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of understanding the contextualization of the values of love for the Prophet in the tradition of reading Al-Barzanjī in Kasihan Village, Tegalombo, Pacitan. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by summarizing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the tradition of reading Al-Barzanjī is carried out routinely every Saturday and at various religious and social events, such as the Prophet's birthday, aqiqah, weddings, and circumcisions. This tradition plays an important role in instilling the value of love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which is reflected in behavioral changes, moral improvement, and spiritual strengthening of the community. In addition, the recitation of Al-Barzanjī not only functions as a ritual, but also as a means of preaching that introduces the exemplary character of the Prophet. The contextualization of the value of love for the Prophet in this tradition confirms that Al-Barzanjī is able to strengthen faith, foster a sense of brotherhood, and remind people to emulate the Prophet in their daily lives.
