Peran Pengurus dalam Menerapkan Asas Tiga Sama Untuk Menumbuhkan Spiritual Intellegence Santri Pesantren Mambaul Hikmah Ponorogo

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the principle of three equals in the Mambaul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in growing the spiritual intelligence of students and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. With a qualitative method with the type of case study research. Data collection: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis: data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research: 1) the role of administrators in growing the spiritual intelligence of students is by supervising the activities of the boarding school through the application of the principle of three equals. 2) three equal activities can have a positive impact on students including increasing students' religious understanding, fostering a sense of togetherness and can foster a sense of responsibility and can increase self-awareness for students. 3) supporting factors that come from the students themselves, namely self-awareness and obstacles that can affect the implementation of the principle of three equals, namely from internal and external factors.
