Vol. 1 No. 2 (2025): J-Email: Journal of English as A Modern and International Language

This second volume of the Journal of English as a Modern and International Language brings together eight studies that reflect the ongoing development of research and practice in English language education. The articles examine emerging themes such as digital literacy and multimodal feedback, classroom discourse patterns that support deeper comprehension, and the integration of culturally responsive materials in EFL instruction. Several contributions highlight the growing role of technology through explorations of AI-assisted writing, mobile‐supported vocabulary learning, and virtual collaborative tasks. Others offer insight into assessment innovation, learner motivation, and reflective practices that empower both students and teachers. Together, these works provide valuable perspectives on the dynamic pedagogies, challenges, and opportunities that continue to shape contemporary English language teaching and learning.
