STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION IN DEVELOPING THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT OF STUDENTS

Amidst the demands of globalization for improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools in the fields of religion, intellectuals, and life skills, this study focuses on the Azmania Ronowijayan Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School which has implemented the values of independence, morals, and entrepreneurship. Using a qualitative case study approach with interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as data analysis by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, this study aims to analyze the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of life skills education strategies in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students. The results of the study indicate that the strategy is formulated through determining the vision-mission, environmental and SWOT analysis, and determining effective goals and strategies based on the interests of students and partnerships. Its implementation includes identifying interests, integrating extracurricular curriculum, strategic partnerships, determining resources, and implementation by AZCO and OSMA. The evaluation is carried out through program reports, student assessments, resources, and implementation results.
