Distribution effectiveness can be interpreted as the achievement of targets by predetermined plans. The hope after carrying out this activity is to overcome the limited need for clean water by building drilled wells and applying waqf assets to productive assets. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of distributing waqf funds to LMI Ponorogo Regency through the construction of drilled wells, analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for distributing drilled wells, and analyzing the impact of distributing drilled wells on the Ponorogo Regency Infaq Management Institute (LMI). The method used in this research is qualitative with field research, which uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at the LMI Ponorogo Regency office. The data used in this research were interviews with LMI and Mauquf 'alaih. The results of this research are (1) LMI included the drilled well construction program from the waqf funds into one of the institution's portfolios to increase donors (wakif) and channel waqf assets into productive assets, and has been running effectively. (2) The inhibiting factor for institutions to distribute this program comes from collecting funds, and the supporting factors for this program receive a lot of support from various parties. (3) The impact of drilling wells can be felt by the community because it can meet the need for clean water availability.
