Archiving Policy

Excelencia: Journal of Islamic Education and Management regularly performs internal backups of published articles, journal data, and related files. Backups are maintained through local storage and additional digital storage media, such as Google Drive, to reduce the risk of data loss and support the recovery of journal content in the event of technical problems.

The journal management is committed to maintaining the availability, accessibility, and integrity of published content through regular data backups and systematic digital file management. The journal also strives to continuously improve its digital preservation procedures to support sustained access to previously published scholarly content.

Currently, the journal does not use a certified external long-term digital preservation service. Therefore, internal backups and additional digital storage serve as part of the journal’s efforts to safeguard the security and continuity of its published content.
